Engicon is ranked First Class A in Water and Wastewater, Roads, Buildings, and Environment by the Government Tenders Directorate at the Jordan Ministry of Public Works and Housing. Over the past three decades, the firm has partnered with globally renowned affiliates and completed successful projects across the region and beyond.
Operating in one of the world’s most waterscarce regions, Engicon has become a trusted partner in providing comprehensive solutions to water and wastewater challenges. Its expertise supports governments, funding agencies, and private developers in delivering efficient, sustainable, and resilient infrastructure.
To expand its capabilities, Engicon established Engicon O&M in 2007 to deliver operations and management solutions to Jordan’s water sector. In 2015, it also acquired a stake in PRAXIS, a local architecture and urban design firm, broadening its multidisciplinary portfolio across the MENA region.
Reflecting its commitment to environmental stewardship, Engicon designed and supervised the first building in Jordan to achieve a Gold LEED® certification (WHO headquarters) from the U.S. Green Building Council. The company is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certified.
Regarding regional expansion, Engicon’s growth has been steady and strategic. Since 2005, it has expanded with full-service offices in Qatar, Iraq, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. In 2024, the company inaugurated its Regional Headquarters in Riyadh to enhance its presence and service delivery across the Gulf. Its Saudi operations are managed by Engicon KSA, a local entity holding a Grade 1 classification from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRAH).
